Madness Penalty Chamber is a simulation game that lets you carry out an execution on some dude you have captured. You do not need a story, all you know is this dude needs to learn his lesson. You have a huge array of weapons available at your disposal, and you have to choose one of them to let this guy (or whatever remains of him) know who is the boss.
